Nawa Kai - Peer Rope Montreal

Peer Rope is an international network of rope lovers and shibari enthusiasts. There are Peer Rope groups throughout Australia and overseas, all Peer Rope group members should feel at home and welcome in any other Peer Rope group.


Each group has different and independent programmes, but some groups share information, resources and knowledge with the aim of exposing and expanding the rope community.
The aim is to share rope information and events with our peers and all rope lovers around the world.

Nawakai 縄会 – Peer Rope Montréal

NawaKai 縄会 (Rope Gathering) – Peer Rope Montreal is a knowledge-sharing workshop for all levels. A free practice led by qualified instructors, everyone is welcome from novices to the most experienced.

Space is limited, so please book early.

You are advised to bring your own ropes, otherwise we will provide ropes on loan from the school.
Ropes are also available for purchase, as always.

Practices or classes are best attended by couples, but single people are welcome, as there is often someone to pair up with.

Dress comfortably – no jeans or underwired bras – and think about yoga.

No nudity or sexuality. All genders welcome.
18+, minors not allowed.

Each course in this series is designed to offer a deep and nuanced exploration of partner dynamics, sensual approaches and safety in suspension, combining enriching theory, practical examples, and supervised workshops for an in-depth understanding and practice of shibari.
