Exploring basic ties or bonds

–  content : Presentation of the various basic forms of ties or bindings: wakisarashi, momo shibari, ashi shibari, Haji shibari. Discussion of how to use these techniques to create aesthetic, functional and emotional effects.

–  example : photos and videos illustrating each type of link or fastener, highlighting their aesthetic beauty and functionality.

Safety and consent applied to basic fasteners

–  content : in-depth review of the principles of safety and consent specific to basic attachments, including monitoring of blood and nerve circulation, risk management and ongoing communication.

–  example : hypothetical scenarios to practise negotiating consent and reacting to emergency situations linked to these types of ties or attachments.

Supervised practice

 Hands-on workshop in pairs

–  activity : exercises to create the ties or fasteners presented, with particular attention to technique, safety and aesthetics.

–  supervision : the instructor offers individualised advice, correcting postures and techniques to optimise the safety and effectiveness of the ties or bindings.
